Job Description:
GliaCell is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.
Position Description:
- You will be supporting ATPG-SI performing as a CNO analyst leveraging Python and Data Science skills executing on a broad range of mission critical tasks touching every aspect of the development life cycle for new CNO tools or plugins.
- You will be conducting research to identify opportunities, conduct vulnerability research and working closely with other analysts and software engineers to creatively design and implement new Python-based automations and conducting analysis of large data-sets to provide mission-centric insights.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability analysis.
- Develop and document tradecraft.
- Generate insights conducting analysis on large data-sets.
- Design, develop and maintain automated workflows.
- Build scripts to convert and normalize data.
- Execute on customer requests.
- Perform customer outreach.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- The candidate shall 3 or more years of experience and a B.S. degree in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years in place of a B.S.
- Other qualifications include:
- Works well independently as well as on a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Key Experience:
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with Data Science and analysis against large data-sets.
- Experience with leveraging API’s.
- Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Git.
Desired:
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems and tools.
- Experience with open source research.
- Experience with CNO capabilities and operations.
- Experience with Elastic & Kibana.
- Experience writing analytics in PIG.
Location: Laurel, MD
Salary Range: The salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 to $120,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across our projects. Within the range, your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred position during the hiring process.
